I always use wowwiki's instances by level ('http://www.wowwiki.com/Instances_by_level') list. You can then search here for specific instance guides or discussions about various bosses.
PS: Nazan is a pain at the right level in Ramps.

Hope you can help me out on this one :)"Best" is a pretty broad term - what is it you are looking for? Best exp? Easiest? Best loot? What kind of team will you be running?
But, you have your answer, the Wiki knows all. :)
I just started Outlands instances recently, with 4, and I'm doing pretty good - it's harder than vanilla, but lots of fun! Ramparts was surprisingly harder than I thought, but once you get the pulls figured out, it's not too bad. I've got that one on farm, no deaths and I only have to stop to drink for bosses. Blood Furnace is overall easier, and faster, I can get through that no problems now, there's one boss who's tricky, but managable.
I cleared Slave Pens tonight for the first time with no deaths (woot) and I'm working on Underbog - the hunter at the end with the bear who stops fighting at 20% is kicking my ass right now, 3 attempts, all wipes. The 5 bogstrock (or whatever, the lobsters on roids) pulls are pretty iffy too.
No Mana Tombs until they level more. I hate that place, I don't want to spend too much time there.

Grats on smoking the instances. I'm not sure about your group composition and I haven't done the fight for a while but I used to have my druid tank hibernate the bear to do the boss pull. It lasted almost the entire fight if I didn't mess up too bad and made it much easier since you just need to deal with one of them. Once the hunter is down you can work on the bear.

When I was running a mixed group people used to go on about how easy some fights are with a 5x shaman group while I had serious problems. Time to return the favour. This boss is CAKE with 5x shaman. I burned that sucker down so fast he didn't know what hit him. Not having a tank on him meant he dropped his freezing trap out of range of my group and I never even got frozen. The bear hits for peanuts and my healing streams easily coped with that little damage. In fact, I think I dropped the hunter in 10-20s and the bear took 1 or 2 lightning bolt volleys to take down and I never even had to heal.
Hungarfen - has time to drop 1 mushroom and he goes down before he even does his low health thing
Ghaz'an - tough fight for me as I didn't bother to "tank" him as such, he went down but my whole group went down as well
Swamplord Musel'ek - cake
The Black Stalker - I had 1 shaman still standing on about the 4th or 5th attempt but 2 of those attempts he aggrod before I was setup
I was so happy when Musel'ek went down so easily, especially after Ghaz'an.

This boss is CAKE with 5x shaman.I had a similar experience when I made a 5x moonkin team. It was just beautiful to watch Omor the Unscarred drop in seconds, battered by the forest o' doom while eating Wrath. I remembered wiping multiple times on him with my main team. Good times!
'Course ... it all breaks down as soon as you hit Northrend. I assume there are people who can manage, but I can't ... need tank, dps, healer.

Once the hunter is down you can work on the bear.I'm running an odd team, I'll say that up front - needs some explaining, too:
Main is an 80 Demon Lock, decent gear, 2k dps. Then it's a 63 Priest, Shadow, 64 Pally, Prot, and a 80 Arcane Mage, meh gear, 1400 dps.
I kind of blew it when I set up the new 4th - I moved the mage over, because she was on the priests account, I should have moved my 80 druid from the Pally's account. I can still do that, but I want to see how far this group can get.
Goal right now is leveling the priest and pally. Instances are fun, but if I hit the wall, it's fine, but I love the exp boost and drops, so I'm giving it a try.
I'm starting to learn how to tank on the pally, but the lock and mage simply overpower her attempts to keep aggro. LOL. I don't have any other characters to run them with. Once she's 80 she will be the dedicated tank, along with the druid.
The goal was and is getting a tank and healer to 80, so I have more options. Then after that, level a couple shaman, then I can mix and match teams. Eventually I'll have 5 accounts, too.
This team is doing great, tho - I'm working out my macros and tactics, and they're pretty powerful. I had healing issues for the 80s, but as the priest level, I just pot it up when I need, and keep an eye on the meters - the lock is usually okay, but the mage gets beat up sometimes when she crits and grabs aggro.
I'm also low on funds, so only the lock is dual spec right now, but priority 2 right now is to get the pally dual spec so I can have Holy/Prot, so she can heal while she levels.
Yes, it's a wierd team. I like the idea of having lots of different classes, and I know I'm gimped compared to the teams that you guys have proven to be the best, but, hey, I'm having fun. :) I kind of got a different attitude pushing 3 characters as far as I could, so I'm not really just in this to build a pally/shaman team to see the content, I want to level and gear all the classes, if that makes sense. I like having more options, too.
Also, up until now my instance running was limited to lowbie stuff, so now that I have 4, I'm learning the higher end dungeons - might be old hat to a lot of you, but it's new to me! And a lot of fun! :)

Who cares if others consider it old hat. You are enjoying it. I'm also pretty sure that there aren't too many people on this forum who would look down on you because you are clearing Outlands instances.
I've been running my original team through outland instance and questing and love it. (I've not done much in the last couple of weeks as I've been building up rested and been having too much fun solo raiding with my guild). I'm actually itching to pick the team up again to get through to Northrend on them, but I love the social side to the game too. I don't think I've ever been further away from WoW burnout. So much to do , so little time :)

I actually think its awesome that you are having fun with multiboxing. Playing a mixed team can be very challenging and one of the reasons why many of us do it. It can be frustrating initially setting everything up and getting used to maintaining the balance amongst toons but it is a great feeling to have successes no matter what they are (pvp/pve). Keep up the great work and above all else make sure to keep having fun doing what you are doing :)

But, I love that they do post, because you learn SO much.

Update: Underbog cleared. :)
You guys were right, that boss with the bear was cake - I don't know why I wiped so hard the last time, this time I sheeped the bear, blew up the hunter, and when the bear came out of sheep, set the felguard on him and down they went.
The final boss was cake, too.
No deaths, and finished the quest. :)
On to Mana Tombs - don't like that instance, never have, but what the heck! :) Was gonna try it tonight, but I'm wiped from a long week at work.

One-shotted Mana Tombs. Woot!
I may have to start a thread of my own, just to chronicle my adventures. :)

Ugh. I refreshed my memory of that fight on WoWWiki - I think I'm gonna quest for a bit and gear up a little more for that fight. The lock and mage should be able to down him, though.
I have quests in Underbog, anyway - might as well grind a few more rounds there for rep. It's all good, I'm having fun, that's all that matters - I know I can handle Mana Tombs, so when my quests start heading into those, I'll be ready!
