Looking for an addon

I saw it in someones video I think it may even just be wow ui dunno couldnt find it.

On all enemy players/npcs it showed a target bar that showed health in a simple bar. You didnt have to click on them to see how much health they had. Any ideas

Unless you have changed the blizz default binds it's:

V for enemies
Shift-V for friendlies

thats it thanks alot, new it was something easy. Just didnt work when I went to just blizzard ui

Was it perhaps a movie from Tankspot? Because one of the tanks in the videos are using the target-frame as a simple red bar.
I do not know the name of the addon though, just a tip.

There is an add on that shows ALL enimies in the area health without targeting them?
