Help need for macro combo for prot palla/ resto druid

ey, i'm looking for some helpfull macro's for resto druid and prot palla so i can heal good in instance pls help theye are 70!!

I have a paladin and 4x druid team. Healing is a simple cast sequence for my paladin.
/target paladin
/castsequence reset=target rejuv,lifebloom,regrowth,lifebloom,lifebloom

Then for self healing or target healing I have
/castseqence reset=target lifebloom,rejuv,

So if the druid has a mob targeted, he will self heal. Or I can target a player with my paladin, press my assist macro, and heal them.

Something I would like to setup one day with my 4 druids is a rolling dps/heal macro.

D1:Rejuv, insectswarm, lifebloom, moonfire
D2:lifebloom, moonfire, rejuv, insectswarm
D3:Insectswarm, rejuv, Moonfire, lifebloom
D4:Moonfire, lifebloom, insectswarm, rejuv

do some math timing and put some wraths at the end while moonfire and IS are still up.

Problem is that its all target switching so maybe a pair of /clicks and cast sequences it might work. But you will always have 4x rejuvenations on and lifebloom blooming every 2 seconds.

Ty, for the help but the macro to heal your group doesn't work can you explain that little bit more;), ty:)

In the settings there is a spot where you can check to auto cast good spells on your self if you have bad guy targeted. So if all 5 of my guys are wailing on a bad guy I can press my heal button and they will all cast lifebloom or rejuvenation on them selves (minus the tank). Now, lets say only one druid needs healing. I can target the druid with my tank. Press my /assist tank button and that will make all 5 toons target the druid in question. I press the same button for the lifebloom/rejuv and all 4 druids will cast on the one targeted giving them a very cheap, instant cast, heal to full life in a tick or two.

This target then assist heal also works well when I drop a druid and have a guild member join my group. If they need healed, just target with my paladin. /assist and heal.
