Arena at 70?

My locks are close to 70 and I was wondering if its worth doing arena at this level?

You cant do arena on level 70

Arenas is open to 70 players i belive but the points you gain get wiped out at level 71.

And its very doubtful anyone does 5v5 at lvl 70.

My recomendation is to stop and do alot of pvp at 79, you wont face people in full pvp gear who totaly walk over you. You can also do WG at 79 and saving the marks for level 80!

u you start doing wg dailies at 78 i'd def at least get those in simply because if you get in as many games as you can you will have enough marks and honor for 2-3 epics before u even ding - my shammy team had the wg boots and the honor bracers well before they ever hit 80 - i'd almost argue to do wg before u can even get the dailies simply because you need so many marks and it honestly doesn't take that much time.

You can only get arena points at lvl 80.

Garrosh, where I have my lvl 80 shammies was down the other night, so I was on Dragonblight, where I have a 70 hunter and 70 shammy. I had a guy ask me if I wanted to make a 2v2 arena team. He said that you get points and I know that the Outlands Arena Vendors still have lvl 70 gear... Are you sure you still don't get points at lvl 70?

This of course is not discounting the fact that lvl 70 arena gear is not on par with lvl 78 PVP gear, but I might never level those two 70's and Arena 2v2 might be fun...

The level 70 gear is not even close on par with the hateful set you get from bgs or the WG trinket rewards.

I belive you get points at 70 but do remember that ARENA POINTS IS WIPED when you ding 71.
