Hey all,

ive been trying to multibox for some time. a year ago this multiboxing hitted me and i was in love :P bought 1 new computer just so i could multibox my setup is:

Motherboard: MSI X48 Platinum

Processor: Core 2 Duo 3.0 Ghz (EN8400)

RAM: OCZ DDR3 running at 1033Mhz (got total of 4 gig) but since i still use XP 32 bit.

Video Card: ATI EAH3870 x2 1gb. (this video card seems to have a problem tho. wen i start 4 wows and stand in SW every piece of clothing on people turn black and after that wow hangs and after that i get a 132 wow error and every wow shuts down. but when i change to my 8600GT with 512 it seems to run just fine if i extra cool my case. dont have a clue why that is. but sure sux i putted 400€ down for a videocard wich sux. (anyone got a tip to get this working plz let me know)

now i was continus playing with 10-20 FPS. i tought i could use an upgrade with northrend. and i was thinking about an upgrade for my pc or just buy a whole new one. could anyone tell me what i should do. what are my best options. what defenetly needs an upgrade.

i apoligise for my bad english

Greetings,

Ogil

two things come to mind. I was having bad luck with 5 toons in any city, like SW. Went to 8 gigs, no more problems.

You said GFX x2... Are you using SLI or I guess X-fire? won't work in WoW( there is a way but it costs alot more.

Well I can offer 3 suggestions to help you. First switch to a 64 bit operating system. Vista64 is 99.99 at newegg. Second double your ram so youve got 8 gigs. And 3rd get rid of that ati card. I have never had anything but problems and dissapointment from ati. Video cards are cheap. Get a better one like an 8800gt for like 100 bucks and sell that ati on ebay lmao.

Edit- In total my suggestions will cost you about $250 which is cheaper than a whole new pc and let you multi box just fine :) But I almost forgot to mention.. make sure your power supply can handle more ram. Like 500w or better.
