Recently i've been disipointed with my Nvidia card I can bearly get it up to 15 FPS. Does anyone have any tweaks to get it rocking. System Dual core Pentium D 3.0 ghz with 4 Gig Ram. Im running the latest nvidia drivers set to preformance and its terrible. I do notice that performance is best after a restart and drops a lot the longer the Pc is on. It seems well cooled.

Graphic cards have very little affect on wow performance wise. Too improve your frame rates i'd suggest more ram. I'm running an GT8800 with average of 25-40 fps (not in dalaran) and 5-15 fps in dalaran. But my computer is quad-core and 6 gigs ram.
But other opinions are probably needed for this.

uit just seems strange I'm thinking its a driver issue. It seemed to run sweet for a month but now it's just taken a dive. I cant think of any changes I've made to the system.

last patch (3.1) they added few settings, also added ultra mode with some over the top not really needed details of some sort.

in other words check settings and maybe try tinkering with it, make it medium/good and see if that improves you game play.

I personally have 9600GT512MB C2D6600 and 4GB ram and I ran 30-40fps on main and 15-20maxfps on 3 slaves on same computer.

I just did this in vista http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935799.
I belive my problem was the power setting in Vista said Preformance but was in fact set to ballence in the registry and was chocking my cards power. After applying this fix and setting the reg to preformance my FPS jumped to 45-50. There are probably a few more teaks out there but this has made a huge imporvement.
