Lock + Pally

Hey all

This is my first time duel-boxing so i am kinda clueless

i was just wondering if anyone had any good ideas on how to duel-box a lock and pally (e.g who to have on follow who to use specs or more usefull macros then the basic ones) i am currently using hotkey net just because its free so i can get a feel for the duel-boxing scene.

i have read some good posts on basic macro set up such as the /follow /assist etc. but am having trouble getting my spells to match up etc

any help would be appreciated
