Well playing on a US server from the middle east you are most likely out of luck. Not just because of the distance but because if you're in the middle east your either using the very poor ISP's out there or the government sat uplink for the military. Either way the latency is gonna be fairly high.

ADSL 2 Mbps, i could go for something better but i dont think that would make it any better. Distance is my problem, ican get a good latency when palying EU( ~90 ms) but i used to live (and play) in Brazil , thats y i went for US.
I'll try http://lowerping.com/

Have you already done the TCPAckFrequency tweak? ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=2997&pageNo=1&highlight=TcpAckFrequency')

I just installed a new mobo and was at first shocked at why my latency went from 15ms to 250ms. 5 minutes later (following this procedure) and I was back down to 15ms. Granted I live about 70 miles from the physical location of my server, but it should help ANY gamer anywhere.
