Need advice on dual box leveling a WoW Shaman plz :)

I am using RAF and dual boxing primarily to get a Shaman to 60 as soon as possible. I do not much care about the second class that partners with the Shammy. Any advice on what might be fastest? 100% quest leveling with RAF bonus. I thought a Hunter as Master and Shaman as slave, Shaman ele spc and just dps at range - pet holds aggro. Or is it faster for the Shammy to go enhance and pair with a melee class?

So my questions are:

1) What class goes well with the Shaman for pure leveling?
2) Which class is easier to run as the Master?
3) Ranged, melee, or another strategy?

You going to use RaF bonus to get toons up then transfer to 1 account? Or are you planning on dual boxing for a while.

If you are wanting to move them to 1 account i would

Hunter/any healer class thats boring to lvl.
paladin/any healer class thats boring to lvl.
rogue/any healer class thats boring to lvl.

aslong as you have a main toon thats easy/fun to play the 2nd toon should have some healing capabilities.

If you are going to dual-box for a while i would try 2 of the same class
2 shaman
2 mages
2 hunters
etc.

I originally started dual boxing to use RAF to quickly level a single Shaman and then once the Shaman hit level 60 I planned to transfer the second character to the primary account, thus getting 2 quick level 60s on a new server.

But...

The Dual Boxing has hooks in me. I may stick with it :)

Questions and observations:

1) I assume with the pally/rogue and healer combo you just solo the melee class with a pocket healer, yes? So a rogue with zero downtime?
2) Why is pally so good? I see it in all the dual box combos.
3) I also assume you use hunters just because they level so darn fast they can level any class along with them, yes?
4) Two mages, huh? Wow. That sounds interesting...
5) Why does it take 5 minutes for this forum to let me post? Crazy slow load times.
6) I am jealous of you State's sopapias. Send me some.
