4 shaman + tank PVE question, Specs and dps

Pre patch i Ran Tankadin, 1 resto shaman, 3 ele shaman.

Basically after reading and comparing to my lock and pal team I have moved to tank and 4 ele shaman with spam heals when needed.

Specifically on the Shamans I have tested and notice severe mana regen loss now that mana stream tots dont stack anymore. Does this mean that perhaps the 1 resto 3 ele team is a better way to run? "Saving" mana with a non dps dedicatd healer?

DPS SHAMAN Question:

I know TOW doesn't stack but with TOW GLYPH: ('http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45776') Use: When you cast Totem of Wrath, you gain 30% of the totem's bonus spell power for 5 min. ('http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=63926') Perhaps all 4 should spec TOW and glpyh this as well? I'll loose the searing totems in my totem macros but I see this as a far greater inc in dps?

FIRE ELEMENTAL: should this be round robin now rather than x4 at the same time to keep a TOW up at all times?

Moving to the group composition forums.

Yep, mana stream no longer stacks - the flip side is that a single totem now gives 91 Mp5, which makes the 3 x Healing Stream, 1 x Mana Spring quite viable. Before it was either all one or all the other mostly...

There a are few things to consider with ToW Glyph -

1. It doesn't scale with spell power - its a flat 84 spell power, and thats all it ever will be.
2. Requires spec'ing into ToW - obviously, right? But pre 3.1 if you were spec'ing into ToW, you only needed to do it on one of your toons.
3. It's taking up a major glyph slot - Glyph of Lava and Glyph of Flameshock are still probably the two best glyphs for ele shamans, so by taking this you're giving up a glyph of lightning bolt, shocking, stoneclaw totem, thunder etc...

Don't get me wrong - it's not a bad glyph. It just that there are a lot of great major glyphs for shamans now...so it's not such an easy decision.

As far as I know you keep the buff even after the ToW is gone, so you can drop ToW's and then all your fire ele's if needed.

my shammies are all specced ToW and I only leave ToW on one of them, my general totem set is below, I press the button 5 times - I remember reading recently somewhere that if your spell damage is below 4000 then spec ToW, after that don't bother as it's not worth it

still more to think about then indeed, seeing as i'm still lvilng the shaman crew (70) lava burst isnt available to me for sometime, so maybe tow until i get lava burst then respec 3 toons outta TOW and also replace the glpyhs on all 4 then...

so in summary: Spec ToW, get the ToW glyph, invoke it, overwrite it with another fire totem on all shammies except one.

tap once for watershield refresh during fights - spam every couple minutes for ToW glyph-buff reset.

Stealthy, I think you mistyped here. Lightning Bolt glyph is better than Lava Burst, at least based on a link you pointed me to in another thread. Here's the blog you pointed me to earlier:
