Can i make a macro to click somewhere to cast for example, Blizzard or Flamestrike?

Short answer, No. You could in thoery click cast on each screen, but that really isn't that practical.

I clickcast both my mages but it does cause problems and is a lot of extra work.

Is there any option for mouse broadcasting on a single-PC setup? I imagine this would be difficult, especially with the somewhat typical 1 full screen for main, 1 2x2 split screen for alts, since the alts would have different resolutions than the main...

Well, im running 2 WoW screens and i think i will just click both AoE. Just saw a movie of a guy doing the same in Stratholme, and it looked easy :)

I was also thinking if my mages are both 70. I might want to make a 2on2 team. Maybe i can go PoM. Since i can PoM Pyro the healer (2 poms :) shouldnt have much more hp left) and then i can always kill the second guy (melee will be easy) or a caster easely. Maybe i can get some nice rating with it :) and gear my mages ^^ And i have some nice profit. Maybe when both my mages are 70, Season 4 is up. And then i can just PvP a shitload to get both my mages full merciless. Imagine 2 multiboxing mages with merci staff and full merci gear ^^.
