Did they change how Raid leading works in battle grounds?

Excuse my ignorance but what's the problem with not being Raid leader?

Is it, that you can't see your guys (in which case you could drop them from the raid tab on to your desktop- small I know but you can see them), or does it effect your targetting?

same here, this is hopefully a bug.. it was giving my quete the grievence lastnight to beg to be moved, which actually ppl had a problem with since the interface is bugged.

I have heard NOTHING on this issue. Seriously though it makes me not want to do battlegrounds. Because for some reason it seems that the people that get leader are ALWAYS 12 and have no idea /dont care what to do.

Well after running many,many games of AV yesterday and today,I am still getting this bug,fix?
One solution I found,if you can keep aware of your BG Q,is to hold off accepting in,for as long as possible then hit your BG accept macro on all toons.
I doesn't always get you into the same group but it beats the hell out of trying to ask said 12 yr old for raid lead.

i have asked a german gm (and also in the german wow forums) but they don't know why it was changed, but they said it's not a bug.
can anyone ask in the US wow forums please? in my opinion the europe gm's are far far far faaaaaar away from any kind of information about ingame changes from the US game developers......
maybe someone can create a thread on the us suggestions forum or in the customer service forum (i dont think that my europe wow account will work for the us forums).

Posting ANYTHING on the WoW forums will result in having everyone else in the world, except GM's, responding with what they think about it. Half of them will be 14 year old kids that will talk crap on their level 17 alt. The other half will somehow attempt to insult you when you explain why you need raid lead in BGs. Bad Idea.

Do you need raid lead? Could you just ask them to move you in the same group? Most people don't want to give up raid lead, kind of like that drunk guy at a wedding who won't give up the microphone. You may find that if you politely ask them to move you in the same group, or pass you lead so you can do it AND PASS IT BACK...your chances of it happening increase.

The other thing you can do is get an add-on (I forget which one it is) that will automatically enter a BG when it pops. This almost always guarantees you first position (Raid Lead).

Even if I get raid leader I am having trouble moving my characters into the same group. If there is an empty group I will move them all there with no problems. If the raid is full I can only seem to move characters from my realm. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes ive had this aswell and its 100% certain that this must be bugs, but i doubt they are very high on Blizzard's "what to fix list".

I think that, even the RL can't do switchs. Groups are locked somehow, and many already told me they couldn't change me, and even with assist, i can't do it.
It's painfull cause of grounding totems, and specially, not being able to see my party as i use to, so its difficult to keep track of my hp.

It looks like I move it, then it kinda bugs out, and reverts to whatever it was. Very annoying. My DK team needs to share the Rune Tap to be really effective, and they kinda get screwed.

I noticed this last night too. Even if I got raid lead, I managed to move some people around, but not my toons. It gave some funny message like "not in your party". I recently installed Jamba, so didn't know if that was a variable. I may try to get a friend and form a raid, rearranging turning that add on off and on just to isolate.

The way around this is to move people to groups that are not occupied. I have been unable to switch people with other people (do the swap like we used to) but i have been successful in moving myself to new groups like # 7 and 8 or something where there was no one.
