Ulduar (non boxing related)

Set foot into Ulduar last night for some solo raiding. Ended up with Flame Leviathon dead on hard mode with 1 tower up. We should have stuck with two as it seems no one has done that yet. Anyway that put us in a 6 way tie for #1 in the world with that achievement, and 28th overall in the world. Anyone in decent gear can do boss 1 on easy or with one tower up no problem. So go go go. Its a fun fight for sure. Everyone else should share their Ulduar experiences also :)

We thought we would have a quick try on Flame Leviathan while half the raid was disconnecting/sorting addons etc... We thought we would wipe a few times so we might as well have a first look at it. We did it on easy mode, but we 1-shotted it with half the raid not knowing what to do anyway. He's an absolute joke on easy mode.

- Pre-Ignis trash is annoying, flame whirlwind things which kick you up in the air and 2k dmg a second.
- Ignis does a crap-ton of raid damage(stack healers)
- XT-002 is all about not blowing up your raid when you get either of the debuffs.

Didn't try Razorscale, but think we'll have a go tonight.

So far, i'm pretty happy with Ulduar, its nice to have some element of Difficulty to raiding again, and wiping on trash brought back fond memories of TK.

We got flame down last night on our second attempt. First one was with a tower up but the little flowers just wiped us out so we took it out. Tired for 2 hours on Razor and he is a tricky fight. IMO between fire balls and ground fire doing 10k damage a tick. You have to be on your toes and keep an eye out for the small missile that turns into ground fire.

Other then that it should be pretty easy if you can keep everyone rather close to each other for heals. Good luck! We are attempting that one again tonight until we get it.
