Anyone else run this post patch?

My guild decided to jump in and do a quick no-drake clear for badges and loot. We got stone walled at the first drake (one on the left as you zone in).

As the portal team zoned into the portal to kill the add - the shadow damage aura was hitting so hard we couldn't heal through it. It just curb stomped us. Tried about 5 times, different strats and healing assignments. Best we could do was ~30%.

Normally we zone in and drop these drakes like flies. Since our very first time we've consistently nuked them without issue - until 3.1.

I've never jumped in the portal on first or second drakes, only on the third. Just keep everyone out of those portals and mass dps / heal.

Are you sure you didn't accidentally have it on heroic? I was doing 10 man naxx a while back and we were commenting how hard it was. We realized after we killed Anub'Rekhan that we had it on heroic the whole time

Are you sure you didn't accidentally have it on heroic? I was doing 10 man naxx a while back and we were commenting how hard it was. We realized after we killed Anub'Rekhan that we had it on heroic the whole timeChecked that like 4 times. Had raid members check too. :) It was the first thing I thought of.

We ran that instance a couple of times as boxers and the first drake to the left gave us horrible problems until we had decided to just stay outside and nuke the drake. Which worked great.

no need to zone into any portals other than the drake all the way to the right, and even for him few times we killed him before he put the shield up(my guild dps kicks ass :P, we have few fastest kills in the world)

We didn't have any trouble with drakes this week but wow, the waves were so buggy! They'd go up, they'd go down, they'd go up again! Had toons getting hit by waves and that never happens. We still took him down but it was ugly.
Aside from that, like the others, we only go through the portal for the one drake that goes immune, the rest we just zerg.

Did OS10 again last night. The first drake on the left has definitely changed, as had the large two-dragonkin trash mobs (they heal themselves now).

We pulled it off, but everyone made comments about how much more damage the drake did. I suspect it was an actual "fix" more than a buff - meaning some ability / mechanic wasn't working right before 3.1, and now it is.

I don't know about OS10 yet, our Malygos x25 wiped our raid at least 3 times. We haven't failed on Malygos in months.
all of the wipes were after we were dragon mounted. maybe it was just a bad night.

They have a curse that they put on people causing their attacks to heal them for a good chunk of hp, if not dispelled or the idiots kept attacking with the bebuff its a massive heal

i've done os10/25 a few times now and didn't notice any diff except the lava walls look different now, like ocean waves instead of flat flame walls like before.

The 2-drake adds put a curse on random people and the curse heals monsters when damaged. so you need to decurse (shaman/druid/mage) it.

Something seems to randomly bug out on the first drake on the left since 3.1. I've run OS a couple times, the first time no issue, we just proceeded as normal. The second time, EVERYONE that went into the portal on the first drake took ~3k dmg per second the second they went in, so the entire raid wiped in about 5 seconds.

The only way we made it past the first drake was to blow all cooldowns and DPS drake as fast as possible and ignore the portal. The other 2 drakes appear to be operating as normal, and the behavior didn't exhibit itself on the first drake every time, just 1 of the runs I was on.

after attempting to do sarth2d for the first time since 3.1, we gave up (about 5-6 tries). some people noted that they were experiencing a dot that ticked for roughly 3k while vesperon was up. seemed to be our downfall as even with people failing at lava waves and void zones, we were doing just fine until he landed and his portal first came up....
