First play just one account. Do you still get disconnected? If not, then the problem is likely to be somewhere in your computer and the handling of two wow instances (will get back to this later)

If you keep on getting disconnected with just one account:

- Can you browse the internet fine or is it suglish?
- Do you have an up to date anti-virus and anti-spyware?
- Are you, or someone else in your household using the same internet connection, using a network heavy application, such as bittorrent or streaming video?

It could be a number of things, if everything is fine in the above departments, then it is likely to be your connection. Contact your ISP and ask if they are aware of any issues.
If everything else is fine, but you keep getting disconnects in WoW, then read the following threads, and follow instructions from there:

Cannot Connect To Main Realm (North America)? ('http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=1230553941&sid=1')

Data Collection for Connectivity Issues ('http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=15443192176&sid=1')

I've been hit by alot of disconnects this weekend, mostly during heavy combat (Wintergrasp, horde city raids). Really frustrating to DC on one get that one logged back on then lose another.

You dont run them from the same wow folder do you?

Do they both DC at the same time?

YES THEY BOTH DC AT THE EXACT SAME TIME.
AND I DO RUN FROM SAME WOW FOLDER!

SHOULD I HAVE TWO COPIES OF THE WOW FOLDER
AND RUN EACH FROM THE SEPERATE FOLDERS?????

I believe the cure for this in the past has been deleting the config.wtf and letting to get rebuilt. Also delete the cache folder and let it rebuild to remove any corruption there.

Complete uninstall and reinstall. Don't install any addons until you know it works. Also realise WoW is in the post-patch time right now and everyone gets disconnects frequently because of server side problems.
