Okay while i am retiring my triple box rogues for a while due to the grind ughhh. I need to get at least one set of chars to and how many groups are you going to find as three rogues once you hit lvl 60

But i am wondering at the theory craft of how the shadowstep would work with a ret pally as the burst damage could be through the roof at times and it doesn't have the same problems as other melee classes boxing. Also it would be rather funny to shadowstep and stun a fleeing caster.

Of course the paladin would add to so much surviablity, at the loss of stealth. The funny thing is the surviality and the surprise of the guy tyring to gank the lone pally.

I duo 1 ret and 1 sub rogue (l66 for now) atm when I don't want to 5 box and it's fun indeed to have the rogue stealthed and some openent thinking s/he can gank the pally and gets a surprise from the rogue

the only problem is : without follow strobe the rogue is often not hitting the mob (I have the paly as main) and with strobe it gets a bit better but then shadowstep doesn't always work as the rogue sometimes walks through the mob toward the pally before I can hit my ambush... also keeping track of combo points is a bit hard... maybe I should make my rogue the main and pally the secondary...

hmm that does sound pretty good allright I must say.

My way around it would have to be to have all follow in the macros, that would give you a leg up i think :)

Also I use my rtfgvb keys to do attacks with in wow and you could have a set of macros setup for your shadowstep that has the follow part out and the normal one with the follow in. And since you can just use the same macro for the pally for both buttons but something differnt on the rogues it might work

eg.

R= follow attack
F= Shadow Step, non follow attack

Pallys three button attack sequence is still active on either one
