Loot and talking to NPCs

Is there a way to macro so that my slaves will talk to the NPC that my main is targeting and at the same time loot the corpse that my main is targeting again?

Unfortunately this wont be possible in 3.1. I believe what Heenan is referring to is the new InteractUnit command. This command is protected and Blizz has stated that it will only work on living units anyway. Though, one can always dream :)

Well there's your protected function, Blizz has been nice enough to enable it as a keybinding. Not being part of the PTR right now I instead pulled my information on this from http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=15443405133&sid=1, there it is stated that it will be a protected function. Having said that Blizz have indicated that it will only work on living units which does suggest you wont be able to loot with this option. Thanks for clarifying and linking Heenan.

Either way, it will be a nice addition for multibox questing, by being able to open all windows at the same time (and selection via Jamba). I wasn't going to use it to loot anyway, as I just /ffa and loot on the main. But yes, that would definitely be nice.

Well i was having the same problem im currently dual boxing a shamman and mage team, on two seperate computers, I was told about Synergy which lets you control multiple PC's via one mouse and keyboard and it works flawlessly, just set up a hotkey i did F9 for my secondary machines monitor and set up F10 as my main machines monitor so when i want a alt char to do quest selection or loot i just hit F9 and i have full control of mouse over there on there display to do as i please, but the Jamba mod will let you set up to where as long as you have clicked on the NPC to turn in quest or what ever and then have main do the turn in or accept the alt chars will automatically turn in or accept. Synergy will give you what they call mouse spin on your alt chars, when you go to control them your camera and char just spin and run around but turn off Scroll Lock and make sure that your multi boxing software does not use Scroll Lock and hotkey or modifier and you should be good to go.
