i did a search but couldnt find the answer i needed, im sure its been asked before however.
so basically as my little shams get higher lvl im getting more and more skills. thus requiring more and more buttons, and bindings.
the problem im having is passing keys thru keyclone. any letter key that does something in wow i have on do not pass, so when im typing the alts arent getting windows opening and moving round etc.
but when i try to set for example, i want Shft+W to go into ghostwolf. however it wont work as wasd is in do not pass. is there a setting in keyclone to fix this? i tried the strict thing, and whitelist didnt seem to do it :(

Don't think it works. I have keybinds set to my F keys and number pad. Seems to be more then enough for me.

ok. first off, you really shouldn't have that much on your do-not-pass. if you want to talk with someone, just hit PAUSE, and type. PAUSE is the default hotkey for keyclone override, which means your keys will only go to the window you are currently in. once you are done, just toggle it off.
if you really must have a really long DNP list, do not check white-list. a white-list flips the meaning of the DNP... meaning, ONLY those keys on the list will be passed.
you could check 'strict'... this will only stop those keys specified in the list. thus if W is in the list, shift+W will not be blocked. just make sure to let go of W before shift... otherwise you will end up with a runner that never stops.
i hope that helps. if not, drop me a note and i'll see what i can do.
good luck and have a great night,
Rob

ok, say if i wanted to block the normal letter keys like i got, save having to hit pause a lot, and i just used modifiers for the keys, shift, ctrl and alt, how would i go about setting that?

so it ONLY passes modified keys?
go to keyclone/setup/do-not-pass then CHECK strict and enter all your keys (seems a bit much)
you know you could set the override key to whatever you want... like enter (not that i would do it... just suggesting)

mm yeah, it is a bit much, just trying to find the easiest way to work this. i found on ebay and other sites here some cheap game pads, like the n52, so may just go that way yet
found this, considering it but would like a cheaper option

I haven't ran into an issue where the 1to = along with 0-9 on the number pad aren't enough. I use the N52te to make it easier so my hands aren't all over the keyboard. Just don't use the macro part of the n52te and you wont have a TOC problem =)
