Notification when my toons special abilities proc?

I'm running a 5-man setup, Paladin, mage, priest and 2xdruid.

I'm looking for an easy way to be notified when certain abilities proc, like my mage's Hot Streak (next Pyro in 10 sec is instant cast) or my Priest's Surge of Light(next flash heal is instant and cost no mana). In the thick of the battle I often won't see when it procs, which means i'm missing out on some valuable DPS/healing/mana.

Best thing could be some small icons that flash or make a distinc sound when a certain ability procs.

I have it on good authority that Mik's Scrolling battle text add on will do the job.

I've installed it, and it won't do this out of the box, but I've seen it suggested in other threads that you need to add a trigger that watches for abilities on party members and will report it to your main.

I will get this setup for my enhancement shammy at some point - and I'll try to post a basic tutorial on how to do so (unless someone beats me to it).

I don't claim to know much about Dual Boxing, but if you want something more than just text notification, you might want to try Power Auras. It can have a graphic (or just the icon of the ability), a sound (you can load custom sounds as well, I believe), and a timer if necessary.
Other options include Parrot and TellMeWhen.

Had some problems setting up the conditions for triggering the text when my mage slaves hot streaks procs, but got it too work.

MSTB is one cool addon, very nice thank you! :)
