Just thought I would drop a line about this deal. I posted this a while back in the hardware forum, but they dropped the price yet again.

Check it out! Eight bucks ain't bad at all. :o)

Wth? I mean $8 is cheap but the n52 is clunky and cheap.

What the hell is the point of this thing, anyway? They always looked so damn uncomfortable, honestly.

easy key bindings

Easy to use, easy to learn

Less uncomfortable than a standard keyboard by quite a bit.

Hmm don't think Newegg ship to UK :( or I'd order two... £4 each :) which is £20 cheaper than the last one I bought...

Yes they're cheap but in general they work and if they don't they cost less than a keyboard with this deal...

And I have seen a layout somewhere for one handed typing solution which when learnt rocks. :)

OTOH the software to program it sucks. :(

I liked mine a lot when I was two boxing. I like my G15 better for 5-boxing. I keep the N52 next to the G15, turned upside down, so the keys are closer to my hand. I just have a few abilities on it that I don't use all that often, but do like to have them on a key that 's reasonably accessible.

I'll eventually get an X-Keys device I think. No big hurry to change anything right now and I just spent most of my Christmas budget on a 24" monitor today and the rest will go towards a better video card at a reasonable price (i.e <=$200).

I looked at those.. thought they felt cheap and I bought a Fang.

A bit more expensive (especially with this deal) but I haven't really given it a try yet. Now that I'm getting into dual boxing, I'm hoping to put it to some real use.

um, Fang = bad for multiboxing

idk, I found the N52 very easy to learn, very easy to use

Think so? Why? I can program every single button on it just like the Nostromo. Granted, it's configuration is a bit different.

I dunno, maybe I'll get a Nostromo at this price, or I'll wait to see what the new thing is. Anyone have a link? I did a search and didn't really come up with anything.

The fang is just poorly designed I have one used it, but never liked it.
