Well ill be honest i am new to this whole multi boxing style of playing, I am currently running to seperate accounts on two seperate computers, Its great i have learned all the targeting and focus macros so i am killing stuff really fast and to me its going really smooth, but my only problem is when im questing, This to me is a dumb question but i am knew to all of this and still dont have a full grasp on the boxing thing. My question is when im questing with my mage/Shamman group when i have a quest that asks for me to gather lets say 8 pieces of stag meat on both toons is there a easier way to do it instead of gathering all the quest items on the first charactor and then turning to second computer and running the second charactor and get his quest items, i would like to do it all off one computer but i did not like how the PIP stuff worked. Is there a way that i can gather all mats on one toon and it disperses to other chars?
I would greatly appreciate any ideas of help any of you may have in this matter.

Unfortunately, that is about the only part of multiboxing that sucketh.

You have to collect x on one toon, then collect x on the next toon. There's a very small number of quests where all members can loot the same mob (heads, etc) but for the most part it's each kill is 1 drop.

It is a little easier if you go to the FTL (focusless, targetless, leaderless) setup. Once you get all your quest items, switch over to the other toon and have her be the leader.

Get Synergy...it's open-source and works nice.

Synergy ('http://synergy2.sourceforge.net/')

I'm assuming you're using Windows:

Executable Download ('http://sourceforge.net/project/downloading.php?group_id=59275&use_mirror=softlayer&filename=SynergyInstaller-1.3.1.exe&a=13233438')

Thank you! that is exactly what i was looking for, yes im using Windows Vista, Synergy works great there is a lil bit of mouse spin on other char but im looking into fixing that, Google is a huge help, lol but thanks again just what i was looking for.

Ok here is a quick update, I got the mouse spin taken care of, Its actually a simple step to take. I am using the Hotkeynet and Synergy and with this set up you need to go into the Options panel on Synergy's Main screen and make sure relative mouse moves has a checkmark in the box, then in your script for HKN make sure that you do not have Scroll Lock On as a hot key to use HKN, cause Synergy requires that Scroll Lock is turned Off. Once i made sure that Scroll Lock On was not my main hot key to use HKN and made sure it was off i fired up WOW again and there is no mouse spinning what so ever, it doing great now. Thanks again Siaea.
