EVGA GTX 285!!! http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130446 on sale for $305 right now, this card is sick, or you can get its little brother the GTX 260 for about 150-200 depending on brand, I really like evga they have very solid products, both cards will really improve your frames.

Dont know about us prices (me being aussie and all...) im on a gtx280 and its awesome. the gtx285 being the 55nm version (google it if curious) it runs faster, cooler, and uses less wattage than the gtx280. I reckon ati lost the plot when they needed 2 physical processors on their graphics cards to be able to beat nvidia. And having 2 physical processors is not ideal for running multi-screen rigs either.

well im going ot take advantage of the step up program like i did with my 8800. i ended up going with the very affordable VGA EVGA 896-P3-1260-AR GTX260 896M - Retail. ('http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130370') if this doesnt do the trick ill cash it in for something a bit better. ill probably run 3 or 4 on my good comp and one on a somehting ill frankenstein. ive decided to scrap my 42" tv for monitors but its such a hastle getting them shipped out here via newegg. a 22" with free shipping on newegg would have cost $80, almost 50%, to get out here. anyone know if anyone knows of a company who does free or cheap shipping to hawaii? cant buy anything from the states or asia withought being charged an arm and a leg. you aussies might have a good source. eich!
