I was in Icecrown with my rogues this morning (level 77) and got the Super Simian Sphere trinket.

Great, I would have rather had a cool sword or something but I'll take it. Now I can go hang out with all the dweebs in Dalaran and show off my new toy!
EDIT: This was a regular world drop near the cauldrons in icecrown. Was on the quest 'Retest' i think.
