Need some shaman totem help.

I cant seam to create a totem macro that is usefull when leveling, as I dont know how to do a cast sequance macro, and this means im just using to many buttings on the keybored for totems, What do you guys use for your totem macros, btw I run 3box shams, so 3 box macro's would be great.

Well basicly this is waht u want i will cast all four totems by just spamming one button, and the whole castsequece will resett seven seconds after the last click of the macro (( resert= 7) can be set to what ever u might want even a key)
For what totems u wanna put down while grinding/leveling, it basicly up to you and what u like. I rarely put totems down while leveling, cuz things die fast anyway. But i guess totem of wrath and mana totem is the best tools you have so u should make them come early in the macro.

Would that be a big waste of mana doing the cast sequence to get to the one you want? My duo is only 10 but ive set them up on the Fkeys since I usualy dont use them much lvling anyway.


I will only have two shamans but I want to utilize different totems. How do others spam different totems on different chars.

its not a waste of mana when the critical ones you want always down are cast first ie have the first shammy cast totem of wrath and the second cast mana spring or whatever on your first click - the macro needs to be different per toon:

Shammy One:
/castsequence reset=7 Mana Spring Totem,Tremor Totem,Grace of Air Totem,Searing Totem

Shammy Two:
/castsequence reset=7 Totem of Wrath, Healing Stream Totem, Stoneskin totem....... or wahtever you want

I def wouldn't say its a waste of mana esp if you logicaly spread out what you are casting with each toon ie since your lvl'ing you may want to stagger Stoneclaw Totem so if needed you could have two out within 30 seconds basicly figure out what would help you the most and there isn't any rule that you have to hit the macro four times if you don't need it (hence why it resets every seven seconds to go back to your most important totems) also you may want to create two seperate totem macros and have one button for buff type totems and a second for pvp or questing where you can have even more control over what is being dropped without needing to devote a ton of buttons to the cause :)

sorry this would be helpful. I just learned about the totems and was thinking like having all the fire ones on one macro to get to what you want would be a waste but if your firing off different element totems then thats not a waste.

At my low lvl I use two main ones and would be nice to just click twice and have them both up .

/castsequence [modifier:shift] Fire Totem; Reset =7 stoneskin totem, mana spring whatever.

You can so something like that when you hit shift you will cast fire totem. Without it you will cast the other totems in the order you want. That way you have one button that will do it all. I switch up the totems on my shammy's . All put down fire totem. 1 stoneskin, 3,mana 1 health or whatever you want.
