I haven't played in over a year, but when I was boxing I had two Keyclone keys - as one day I tried to use two pcs to test performance.

Yet when I load keyclone it tells me license has expired, the id key isn't one that matches my paypal emails.

How can I change the system id key and reactivate keyclone properly?

I'm starting to remember, perhaps I need to contact keyclone to allow the system id key I have - due to an install of windows 7... whilst giving details of my paypal transaction.

I just installed Windows 7 and had the same problem. Fortunately I followed the link on the license expired message and called the number on the website contact form. The guy was real friendly and got me reactivated in no time. I just needed to provide my email address and the last 4 digits of my system ID (shown in keyclone). Also, he indicated a new version was being worked on... adding some cool sounding stuff and fixing that cursed "close bug". Looking forward to that. :thumbup:

Just a heads up. I actually had to go through the process of getting my key tied to a new system id too but it was from downgrading from windows 7 back to xp sp3. I was having a problem with Keyclone randomly stopping passing keys to my slaves. The issue seems to have went away since the downgrade to xp so I can only assume it was some problem with the mix of Keyclone and Windows 7 (was using x64 version build 7000)

I've read there have been huge improvements since the original 7000 build.

The keyclone problem with it failing in Windows 7 is tied to useing maximizer and pip swapping. If you dont use that portion or the pip it offers, you shouldn't have a problem with broadcasting.

@dancook
yea, sorry about that... real life happens and i was out-of-pocket (read unplugged) since friday night (*gasp* a social life?! omg!!)
anyhow, i reversed that transaction, as that's not right, and transferred your license, so you are set.

and yes... i'm mixing up a new batch...
