Should I switch specs for Pally/Druid

Pally is full ret and druid is balance. Would I be more effecient questing if I went prot pally also once I get to like outland will it require prot for multi mob pulls?

Stay Ret imo. Kills fast and can tank a multiple mobs at once. With how fast my ret pally was killing solo, you wouldn't need much dps from the druid. Spec em resto and go from there.
