Been lvling up my triple paladin group, taking on sunken temple.

up to now, the group has been going well and my computer seems to be handling triple boxing on one machine quite fine. triple boxed wc, sfk, rfk, sm, rfd, ulda, zf, mara well and easily took them down.

but tonight when I was going through ST, killing the trolls just before Jammal'an, one of the mobs feared my main. but as soon as that mobs spell cast ended, my computer froze... restarted the computer to find i had to start ST from scratch =/

but anywho, main question I wanted to ask, (and this is something i noticed back when i was only playing one box) is; is there a reason why my computer slows down when i get feared? and then when i'm triple boxing, being feared crashes my computer? I think this is actually the first time my main got feared since i started triple boxing, so now am kinda worried...

anywho, any opinion would be greatly appreciated.

System specs would greatly help in diagnosing your problem...

true, I guess it would... I guess I was hoping there would be more of a general reason why getting feared is taxing on the system due to software rather than hardware limitations... ie a specific video setting or maybe its just that I have way to many other things open in the back ground (vlc, mozilla, itunes, msn messenger,...)

hmmm not sure what to include in the system specs but:

Microsoft Windows XP SP2
Intel Core CPU @2.13 GHz
3.5 GB Ram
Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTS (640MB)

hmmm... what else should I include?

Did you overclock that chip?

no, no overclocking, not even sure how to actually...

it does say "Intel Core 2 CPU: 6400 @ 2.13 GHz (2 CPUs)"... not sure what that means.

Try running one instance of the game if you are multiboxing on one computer. Then try it both in windowed and full screen to see if you can duplicate.

I have an issue with my internet connection, and get5x logged off sometimes. When I come back on, everyone is at the entrance of the instance except one. to keep going, I'll invite everyone to that characters party, and then exit/ reenter with the ones at the entrance and continue on.
It's annoying, but qwest (SUCKS) seems to think since its intermittent, i'm either lying about it, or its not really a problem.
