How do I fix this?

Forum search facility is your friend. Using the forum search facility with "buffer overrun detected", yielded a few posts with this error.

e.g
[Keyclone] Buffer overrun detected ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&postID=178419&highlight=buffer+overrun+detected#post178419')

There does seem to be a number of reasons so you might want to go through them one by one and try the various solutions.

How do I fix this?First, you post it to an appropriate forum instead of the "General Discussion" which specifically states "Not for support." in it's description.

Second, you give us enough details to know what you are using. Is WoW giving you a buffer overrun? KeyClone? InnerSpace? HKN? Etc?
