Lightning Overload Question...

Can/Does Lightning Overload cause a CL to be cast while spamming LB's? I took CL out of my castrandom sequence, but I'm seeing random CL's being cast in the middle of trash/boss fights.

The tooltip reads that it gives a 20% chance to cast a similar spell...

Please help.

must still be in the castrandom. only way you could be casting it other wise

Yep, LO only procs the spell being cast - i.e. you cast a lightning bolt, and it it procs, another lightning bolt is cast. Its the same with CL, so you must have a CL in there somewhere on one of your toons...

Sounds like you are having the problem I had with keyclone. I was using FTL system and the keys "[" and "]" are backwards in keyclone, IIRC. Took me a while to figure out when I would hit my lightning key some of the slaves would hit their chain lightning key. Although you said randomly, so maybe it is just that you havent removed CL from /castrandom.

Theres a trinket you get as a quest reward (I think its in Dragonblight somewhere) that shoots a CL looking spell at the enemy once you get 4 charges. That could be it too ^_^
