i loose connection between my pc's in keyclone

HI there folks.

Pretty new to dualboxing, but needs some help now.
Bought a used pc to run the clones on, fine.
Got 2 accounts and it worked like a charm last night.
But when i add the ip for the clone's pc on my mains pc the ip has a pink background and i get the dissconnect sound from keyclone.
Doesnt matter if the firewall is on or off, same thing.

Any suggestions on what to do?

I was about to buy 3 more wows today, but must sort this problem first.

Are you putting in the IP address and port number?

ie. my second PC is 192.168.0.65:1234

The IP and port are displayed in the Keyclone window title bar.

howdy Cashper and welcome to the forums!

there are a few possibilities.

1. check to make sure your software firewall is allowing keyclone to connect between machines
2. make sure both machines are on the same sub net or have a route between them
3. the port on the destination keyclone changed and you didn't notice (check the titlebar)

It seems to work again now, strange right?

I set the firewall to accept keyclone when I installed it, havent changed a thing there.

Guess I'm off to buy 3 wow's now :) 8)
