Completely new to dual-boxing

Hello, I am completely new to dual-boxing. I have keyclone installed, and I have 2 level 1 shamans. I dual-box on 1 computer. I have read numerous guides on Google and this guide: [Keyclone] step-by-step wow macro setup (level 1.5) ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=18237'), but I still don't get why, even with the recommended macros, I can't get my second toon to attack with my main toon. Can somebody please help? Thank you.

Are both windows getting keypresses?
Maybe post your macros?

EDIT: It appears as though both windows are not receiving the keypresses.

The macro I am currently using is:


/follow focus
/assist focus
/startattack

Confirm both character have the same focus set, and split your macro. I wouldnt recommend having the follow and /startattack in the same macro.

/assist focus
/startattack (replace this with an spell that begins your auto attack.)
