Let me start off by saying I 6 box'd in EQ1 from Kunark all the way into the SoF xpac, then I switched to WoW. My main concern about EQ2 ( or any new game ) is that I'm going to play it, reach max level in 2 or 3 month's, and then quickly realize theres nothing to do end-game wise. EQ1 had a massive amount of content to go back and single group, old epics, resist items, keys, illusion items ... ect ect ect. WoW has very little to do at top level besides farm gold, pvp(broke and boring), and raid(stupid easy with little reward compared to EQ raids). So I'm hoping if I did play EQ2 theres just a lot of depth for max level players. That's my question I guess, compared to EQ1, does EQ2 have that same amount of depth for a max level player to experience? or is it more like WoW, with very little depth?

I 3 boxed EQ1. 5 Box wow. Just single boxed EQ2, I was able to do everything I wanted with a paladin using blacksmithing and alchemy and had no need to multibox it. I quit around the time the Echos of Faydewr came out. I can't say I got to the end game content in EQ2 so I cant answer your question in detail.
