I've read the WIKI's and some guides on here... pretty much all I can conclude so far is that I will definitely want keyclone... but that is for the keyboard... Don't I need a software for the mouse? I plan to run 2 wow clients, windowed... And for what its worth, I'd be using 2 priests strictly for questing....
I can figure out what I need to do If i just has specifics on what softwares I need besides keyclone... Im guessing all I need is a Mousecloner and Keyboard cloner and thats it?

I don't think you need a keyboard cloner isn't that what the key clone is for?

Yeah, Keyclone is a keyboard multicaster (cloner). You can get away only with Keyclone and a few addons/macros. Some people use a mouse multicaster, some dont (myself for example). Should be fine with just that if your only running 2 priests on quests.
Don't use a mouse cloner, it will make things difficult.

Ok great. So I will be only using the Keyclone. Done some research on it before buying and it looks like it will be all I need. Then the last thing is, where can I get a list of Macros?
I think the 2 macros of biggest concern would be one where the 2nd character attacks what my Main character attacks (so if there are 3 mobs, and I attack the middle one, I want to make sure he casts spells on the middle one too). And then the last thing I would like is something so my char always follows me. I'm figuring if there is a follow macro that I can trigger on the 2nd char's client using a keyboard key that I can press? I think these are the 2 macros I need to get started!
Much appreciation guys! This seemed a lot more complex on the surface, but i've learned alot the last few days and I'm almost there!
P.S.: I've heard someone say that got banned for using a Keycloner... myth? Isn't it approved?

Before you buy keyclone, can i recommend trying HotKeyNet? Thers lots of info on here and its free. Initially it may be a bit more difficult to set up, but in the long run is much more powerful and configurable IMO.
Edit: it does mouse broadcasting too.
