Hey there, I use Keyclone and i have to manually set res' etc. How do you guys go back into the game lets say if u just want to play 1 character and put things back to normal. Is there a mod or program so you can set your resolution for playing solo and playing dual box. Like I want to be able to choose my config on the fly so I don't have to edit all my mods etc. Any ideas? Or is there no actual way and you gotta do it the pain in the fkin ass way lol. :)

I just ran my solo and multiboxing out of seperate folders.

Main account has its own folder, slaves have their own folder.

I went a bit further. Solo had its own folder, mulitboxing main had its own folder, slaves had their own folder. I ran more stuff and played differently solo than I did on my main multi-boxing.
I made 2 copies of the main settings file that is located at \WoWfolder\WTF\Config.wtf
This file holds all main settings like: default resolution, graphics quality, sound, etc.
One copy is named ConfigHR.wtf and holds my high resolution (and high quality) settings for WoW.
Another copy is named ConfigLR.wtf and holds my low resolution settings.
I have 2 batch files: 1 copies to ConfigHR.wtf to Config.wtf and it is called "Set highres.bat". The other does a similar thing for the other wtf file.
When I multibox, I start all clients from keyclone, which gets them automatically resized and in position.
When I play regularly, I start my 1 client manually with a shortcut through avoid the keyclone resize.
The batchfile just holds something like this:
@echo off
copy ConfigHR.wtf Config.wtf /Y
I am using one installation of wow for my main (raiding and stuff).
Then I use symlinks for
my bank alt (installed auctioneer and all that)
my slaves (I just need jamba, bartender4 and omen on them)and thats it. Every symlink takes about 20-30 megs from my free space and I can just recommend you using symlinks as well.
I use this program http://schinagl.priv.at/nt/hardlinkshellext/hardlinkshellext.html by the way. :) It's really easy to use.

An addon that can help w/ this is called Keyprofiler (I'm a satisfied user, I have nothing to do with it) - it let's you save your keybindings so you can have your boxed keybinding and normal keybinding saved. Dropdown menu on the minimap and tada - keybindings are changed.

If you use the FTL (focusless/targetless/leaderless) setup you can easily do solo content without changing one single thing. However it is complicated and makes it harder to swap out team members in your group. With only 2 toons it should be fairly easy/quick to setup.
I just use the little arrows to the right of my main action bar and scroll down to action bar #2 when I'm not boxing....
Since the 1 through = keys are the ones I mainly use while boxing, those are the only ones I need to change really.

As far as the different addons: multiple WoW installs. Each alt has their own WoW folder. For example, when I am multiboxing with my priest, she uses almost no mods at all; but when I play her solo on my main window, she has more mods running like Healbot.
I don't change any keybindings that would affect my solo gameplay, so all movement keys and attack keys are all on the same keybinds. The only thing that changes when I solo is mods, which are only different on my main window. The main window is used for my tank when multiboxing, and his mods don't change between multiboxing and soloing. So there's nothing to even think about when I change how I'm playing, really.

I have no idea if it supports bartender keybindings - I don't use bartender - It might if it show up the on the default WoW keybinding interface.

You can save your keybinds within Macaroon profiles.
For me... /FTLtinhat.
Unless I go to my mixed team, then I use this format for my macros.
/cast [target=focustarget,exists]Spell;[]Spell
Working fine for me. :)
