Hey all, I have had two computers (a Laptop and desktop) and two wow accounts lying around now for a while, so I have decided to level two characters from 1 together. I think my choices are more or less ideal, A priest and paladin, both have pretty simple play styles and it gives me boat loads of room for error.
So far I have this set up, my laptop is on my desk next to the desktop monitor, My Desktop is the master, I play the paladin on that with a keyboard + mouse. Then for the laptop I have a N52 with some keys bound to macros, such as /assist paladin /cast smite (hey its a lowbie !) and /heal paladin. I also have a key to follow the paladin.
Im finding it a bit tricky at the start, the main trip ups are the fact that if the priest is on autofollow, which it always is, it cant cast smite as my paladin is running into melee. The other one is when i have to do stuff that needs the mouse on the priest, such as loot.
So, are there any improvements to this scheme ? Id rather not try any 3rd party programs in case blizzard goes crazy with the banstick.
