Amazing things you've done while boxing

Ever find yourself doing something really cool, but not being able to boast about it because you don't want to come off as an arrogant jerk or have what was a huge accomplishment to you get downplayed by someone else? Well this is the thread to do it in. Just one rule: No matter how stupid/lame/easy you think someone else's accomplishment is, no disparaging it.

Of course, a blind person could see this is largely a thread so I can shout "look how cool I am", so I'm going to include several of my epic failures as well.

Cool things I've done:

10-boxing in general
Cleared Spider and Plague wings of Naxx.
The Saftey Dance on Heigan.
Killed Instructor Razuvius.
Killed Archavon the Stone Watcher.
Used Thrym in Zul'drak as a punching bag.
Earned Loremaster of Northrend on all my characters.
Outfitted my whole group in the best craftables I can get.


Epic Failures:

Wiped 26+ times on Heigan.
Wiped 30+ time on Instructor Razuvius. In one night.
Rgeularly wiped my group on Razuvius before the fight began because I screwed up a positioning.
Regularly walking out of Naxx with a repair bill of 1k+
In Icecrown, getting my whole group (all 10 of them) wiped by a 5-man elite who whirl-winded and had his pet drake Blizzard my group to death.

At level 55~ when I was doing quests in Western/Eastern Plaguelands I ran by a poor soul being ganked by two skulled alliances. I ran there chucking totems left and right and called down on my ancestors to aid me in avenging the fallen orc. I succeded and got praised for 2 seconds before being called a hacker, but it was a good night.

Wiped 30+ time on Instructor Razuvius. In one night.
Regularly walking out of Naxx with a repair bill of 1k+ You need one of those motivational posters for Determination made with your group's picture. Or some Anafranil (don't worry I could use some too).

I haven't done anything cool like you have, or even close. I really started boxing right before RAF, then did RAF and leveled 80bajillion toons to 60 and burnt myself out. Played solo with my kids until 80 and then got into raiding. Getting burnt out on that so started going after achievements. I Dual-Boxed Heroic Steam Vaults a bajillion times for my CE rep,in a not so cautious fashion. It was fun, and cool for me but its not like I did it at level. I just started 5 boxing again with my pally and 4 RAF shaman. I leveled one of the shaman's enchanting from 1-300 in under 30 minutes, that was Amazing I thought. The fact that 2 of my shaman still had starter gear and nobody had gear higher then SM (two only had earth and fire totems, thank you Colossal Menace ('http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=10132') !) and could kill anything in the outlands was suprising, but not really amazing.

Oh yeah at 61, still only 2 full sets of totems, many empty gear slots and white level 7 boots the four of them CRUSHED a Skulled alliance toon wandering through HFP. That amazed me.

5 boxing a DK tank + 4 elemental shaman:

Finished almost all current Heroics in 30 minutes or less (minus the retarded ones like HoS)
Killed Gal'darah before he transformed into a rhino
Managed to have all 4 of my shamans above 4400 DPS on Heroic boss fights, self buffed only, and in some cases 3 out of 4 above 4800
5 boxed 25 man VoA and ended up with all 4 shamans in the top 8 for DPS while also acting as the main tank with my DK - tank was also at #12 on DPS
Got all 5 of my characters bronze drakes from multiboxed CoT timed runs and a blue protodrake for my tank from Heroic UP
Videotaped/uploaded my team running and completing every heroic except Oculus (See the movies forum or the PvE forum)


Failures:

Failed 10 times in a row on the brann event in Heroic HoS before completing it (though I'm not sure this is really a failure - that thing is hard as hell)
Somehow when first getting flying in northrend managed to lose 1-2 shamans every time I dismounted in ice crown and other areas (not sure how this happened - hit my dismount button when my shamans were still over thin air or something...dunno, but it happened daily for weeks)
Ok...can't think of any more, but I'm sure there are some - if I think of any I'll update.

TBC (LvL 70):
- Starting to win in 5v5 without being in the best PvP gear and climbing pretty steadily.
- Beating the Nr. 1 team in the 5v5 bracket in an epic battle that lasted about 1 hour.
- Beating a 1850 rated 5x mage team in an epic but VERY short fight. :P
- 4 manning (solo) Slave Pens heroic, Botanica heroic, Sethekk Halls heroic and Ramparts heroic.
- 4 manning Onyxia (solo)
- Getting a brewfest ram on all characters. (And Headless Horseman's reigns on one. :D)
- Owning in every battlegroup available with a 80+% win ratio.
- ZA timed before nerf

WotLK
- Achieving The Undying title
- Beating Occulus timed
- Beating all 10 man raids including Sartharion with 2 drakes up. (And pretty close to Sartharion with 3 drakes up).

Failures

TBC
- 3v3 arena, was a huge failure. :P

WotLK
- No really big failures, many small ones though such as trying the Mine achievement in Storm Peaks for hours on end (+/- 3 hours) without achieving it.

I'm currently three-boxing Heroic Gundrak and was really excited to be able to down all the animal bosses with 1 healer, 1 dps and 1 tank.

Really old classic failure of mine:

When I first started playing, my paladin was my one and only character and I didn't know about the free mount at 40. I burned all the gold I had and even burrowed from a friend (which was a LOT of gold back then at that level) to buy a stupid brown horse.

It was only when proudly ridding into Stormwind on my new lawlmount to go get my new spells that I discovered the simple quest turn in for the summoned mount :(

I petitioned a GM to see if I could get a refund but no dice. I kept that mount forever.

Epic Failures:

- Going straight to Drek in AV and wiping miserably thinking that I could down him with my pala tank and instance macros like any other boss. The fight with Drek laster about 3 seconds.

- Being ganked by a whole 40 man raid of lvl 60 hordes while I was lvl 78. Was funny at least. It was some pre TBC only raiding guild and I found them at the MC entrance... they proceeded to gank me... and succeeded

- Wiping alot at lvl 70 in UK. My first times routine was to wipe once in the dragons room on the last pack of mobs and once again before the first boss.

- Forgetting to switch my cast bars to PVE mode before boss fight and wiping due to that... 3 times in a row... doh

- Wiping on Ragnaros in Molten core... twice.


Notable achievements:

- Naxx 10 killed all trash mobs til Patchwerk

- Naxx 25 killed all the trash mobs til Patchwerk... that was a couple of days ago while doing a showoff to another guild raid leader so he could decide if we could make some partnership runs... the guy was so shocked I could do that with only 5 toons that he instagathered 19 more people and they were just watching how patchwerk wiped my group... was funny anyways

- HoL first two bosses specific achievements on first try about 4 hours after dinging lvl 80... was amazing.

- UK with nude tank, 2 healers, 2 DPS and lots of wipes... it was more of a wipe fest than anything else.

- Molten Core all trash farming till Gehennas in one single pull... I know this is nothing at lvl 80 with a prot paladin, but still impressive. Specially when the fire elementals start spawning lots of small elemental spawns... some day I think about causing a deliberated server crash by flooding MC with these mini elementals.

Doing a full Karazhan clear with my Druid and Mage, with noone knowing I was playing both. Tanking the red and blue beams on Netherspite at the same time was fun :D.

Running Hyjal with my mage in one guild and topping the meter, while tanking BT with my druid in another guild without anyone noticing.

Killing Ichoron in VH without any macros to kill the elementals. I ended up going over the time limit and the next add portal spawned when he was at 25%, but I still cleared the instance. (Yes, I realize now that I could have used the red crystal things, but I didn't know that at the time! :( )

True story. I was questing in Howling Fjord when my guild killed Thaddius on heroic.

Srsly though, how the hell could you ever mbox that fight with more than maybe 2 characters?

You can sit one on each platform in dps range (if he's tanked in the middle). Stand 2 more at max range on either side, out of range of the main group. Run the 5th manually with the group.

Wowhead lists the charges as 13-yards (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=28062), so with 35 yard nukes you should be able to stay away from the main raid easily.

If you have overgeared players, you can even just sit a few people at the entrance for the whole fight doing nothing and still beat the enrage timer.
