Not possible, nor would you want to do this as it is a violation of the ToS.

Keeping it legal, you could always bind the button to your scroll wheel. Almost as lazy a method, and won't get you permabanned.

Wait, you are lazy enough to want to cast FB by doing NOTHING, but not lazy enough to want to cast it with a scroll? That is what you are saying, right? I don't want to put words in your mouth. If you are just looking for a macro that you can SPAM over and over until the mob dies, that is quite doable. But you have to do the button pushing.

A toothpick? Nah, you'd need a screwdriver, or a trained Persian cat.

Hmmm, ok so you can train one using this guide: http://www.catsplay.com/thedailycat/2002-04-01/mind_training/training_touch/training_touch.html

But how to get 4 of them trained and all pressing at the same time...

Also, it could be hard to ensure proper motivation:

But in time you may be able to train them on the mouse also:

Although using a cat may be against the TOS, so i recommend proper family planning to create the correct number of minor children and train them instead:
