Yes. Very quickly following false claims about its usability - "Blizzard Approved" - in spite of having features which were very clearly against the rules and quite clearly NOT being approved. There was also a bunch of related stuff about him pulling shenanigans with using multiple accounts here and trying to exploit a few people like Keyclone & Ellay. I forget all the details...a lot of it turns up VERY easily if you pop it in the search box though.
