So I finally started leveling my shaman (x4), personally I think its eyebleeding slow, and was wondering if anyone had any opinions on what would be my fastest route to 80? I'm usually strapped for time and the weekends are about the only days where I can play for 3 or more hours a day.
so lmk what you all think,
thanks
what level are you currently?

i did questing with a group. a macro to use quest items will help.
/assist party1
/use 0 1
/use 0 2
this uses items placed in the first two bag slots. I just make sure all the toons keep them there for quests.

I'm level 71 I just started dragonblight
Soon as you hit 74...maybe 73 do the 10 daily quests in grizzly hills every day 10% exp per day. made life so much easier for me. They only take like 1 hr to complete as well

multibox leveling sucks monkey balls in wrath, since there are a ton of collection quests and many unlock tons and tons of other quests. You can mix up grinding and questing, there are a ton of spots where lots of mobs are packed together tightly and respawn fairly fast, when you find those just gather them up on your mount, drop a magma totem, if you have a pally/DK drop a consecrate/D&D otherwise chain lightning (anything to get some hits, magma totems alone killing stuff gives you 0 xp) and you get thousands of XP in a few seconds. It gets boring fast however and very quickly the respawns slow down.
Also try to plan out 77-80 well -- you want to unlock the sons of hodir chain in Storm Peaks (starts in k3 with rescue our men), takes a few hours and worth a lot of xp. Also the ring of valor in zuldrak is worth 150k xp for just a few mins effort. Also don't forget to unlock the Argent Crusade and Shadow Vault zones in Icecrown, its something you want your whole group to do at once (phasing) and it opens up tons of areas in ice crown. Just those 3 unlocks and the follow up quests will level you 77-80 with tons of quests left over in those areas and Sholozar/Grizzly/Zuldrak to farm gold at 80 (plus any dailies you choose - I recommend Sons of Hodir until exalted).

I've been instance grinding, to make up for collection quests... I just don't have the patience to loot 50 of some stupid item that has a less than 50% drop rate. Plus, I want to do heroics and raids, so instances is the best experience for that. My second team is going to spend all of the first few times just grinding dragonflayers outside of valgarde until their rested exp is spent, then they go back to the Inn for a week... I'm not gonna touch outland quests until like 74 or something. It's not that bad, I just mindlessly wand everything down, while watching a movie, reading websites, etc. Hell tonight I was running 5 in valgarde grinding, whilst getting one more boosted in stratholme (another guildie just started 5boxing, but is boosting 3 toons now, so I tagged along for the ride)
