I am 3 boxing 5 accounts with 3 locks, 1 mage and 1 priest. Several times now while running RFC I have sent the 3 Voids to a mob, but one has went way out of his way to another mob and aggro it. The mob is not even in my line of sight and is many yards away from party. What is odd is the other two Voids attacked correctly on these occations.
I am still using very simple macros...Priest is main so, locks get /assist priest /petattack
What is funny is the confused pet does not stay and attack the mob, he simply aggros it, then runs back to party bringing the unhappy mob(s) in tow. This has caused many wipes. Frequency is about 1 in 30 fights.
I have 3 KeyCloned PC's 1 2 2 setup.
Any idea how to fix my treaturous pet?

Your secondary characters probably don't have the Main's target yet. from lag. So it's essentially tab targetting for you. Which doesn't work right since two characters standing in the exact same place can get different targets that way. You probably want to use a seperate key for /assist, and hit it a second or two after you change targets to get everyone on the same target.

Basically /petattack will aquire a random hostile target if you don't have one already due to the lag issues mentioned above. Try setting up a macro like this:

/assist focus (or whoever you normally assist)
/stopmacro [noharm]
/petattack

This makes sure you will only execute the /petattack command when you have aquired the hostile target from the assist. You might need to mash the buttons a few times to complete the macro, but thats better than random pulls wiping the group IMO.

Not to mention there is a pet bug in 2.3 which has to do with the way pets (locks and hunters) behave. Pets try to get behind mobs nowadays, so they can miss the attacks of a cleaving mob/boss.

Imagine the mob turned wrong, or a polygone in the way or something, the pet will be disfunctional enough to walk the entire instance to get behind it. Trust me, I have had it happen before (no more lazy killings on mobs, need to pay attention or I will whipe a raid :)).
