My account has been suspended because i typed a wrong expiration for the billing part ... now i dont remember which of my 5 authentication keys that was used for the account... what do i do ?

My account has been suspended because i typed a wrong expiration for the billing part ... now i dont remember which of my 5 authentication keys that was used for the account... what do i do ?call them. really your only option besides typing in all five auth keys. or... yes... you can just type in all five and say you have five. one of them is the one you messed up on. but i'd call them anyway.

They can handle all of your problems at support, I'm interested though, why 5 authenticaters? I just use 1 for all 5 of my accounts and I thought they could handle an unlimited amount?

I think he means CD Keys not Authenticators... as in he's having to establish ownership of the account.

He is talking about the key you use to create the account, i believe, and not a blizzard authenticator.

Call them up and read them off your keys till you get the right one. its what i did :pinch:

uh uh... do one need to keep the cd keys/sleeves after activation ? I have no idea what I did with them, so many of them... (Classic one, BC one, Wotlk one...)

Yup, they don't make enough of a point of telling you to keep the serial number or original box safe.
I've recorded all my subsequent accounts and expansion in a spreadsheet but didn't bother with my very first WoW... I mean, why would you need it after activation!

Hope I never do need it!

You dont need to keep the keys atall, when mine got suspended a quick scan of my driving license 24 hours and i was back in buisness.
