Best 40-50 horde instances?

I've now reached lvl 41 and wondered what instances gave the best experience over time? for this level.

there are no horde-exclusive instnaces at your level.
i'd go with SM cath for a bit longer. then ZF. if you're going for content as well, try maradoun and sunken temple after ZF. then there's stratholme, blackrock, scholo. then i'd skip to outlands.

Youre pretty much stuck with ZF, which sucks. the good thing about it, if youre boosting, is that your main can mount up and gather a lot of mobs. Other than that, horrible instance.

Leveled up with no boosting in instances as well. If you want to move a few levels I think SM for a bit longer and then go quest in hinterlands. I found Maraudon terribly boring, and if you wipe, running back takes quite a while.

I'm using a Paladin in this setup:
Lvl 20-45 : SM Cath or Lvl 30-45 Ulda (For me you can maximize your 5 instance per hour limit more in SM Cath; 5-6min pull+kill then 5-6min loot = 12min/hr run)
Lvl 45-60+: Strat (just finish the 3 Ghoul area then reset at the backdoor)

I tried ZF but it requires a lot of time pulling even with a mount. Some mob will also polymorph you to a frog, I experienced being polymorphed continously till I got wiped.
