So the wife and I are starting to do 10 man instance runs, and after previously doing Lower Black Rock Spire, I had her lookup how to get to Upper

She took her Priest/Mage group (level 60), and I took my Paladin group (level 63). i have the tendency to run in, grab aggro and start AOE'ing away. She follows with her mages to do the same with blizzard and holy nova.

Keep in mind that we just started WoW a few months ago and are both very new at this stuff.

So we finally read about clearning that room with the runes on the floor.....and got the door opened. I was happy to see lvl 60 mobs, and proceeded to clear them out one by one.

We got to the room with the altar, and my wife pointed out that we might need to click on it. So I got all my guys over there, all of her toons scurry over, and we see the fire elemental spawn. So after fumbling getting all of us to click the altar deal, we finally did it. I see it change status and can now be attacked. I promptly shout "OH &%$!, it's a skull level!". But that was fine. We had no problem killing it.

So then I was like "alright, to the next room", and I proceed. I'm running around, and see no mobs, but I'm like "What are all these pods on the floor?" as I'm running around. I'm running around like "c'mon! I want things to kill" and keep looking for mobs. But then I figured that I must need to do something with the pods on the floor. I look back and see "Rookery Whelp".

Next thing I thought..............OH CRAP, I'm in the Leeroy Jenkins room!

It would have been really great had we gotten the title right away, but the wife healed me as I was running out of the room, and promptly got instakilled by all the whelps trailing me.

We both throw up AOE and it takes but seconds to kill the whelps. After planning our attack (I felt like such a nerd), and a few tries, I was finally able to get in there, aggro a bunch with my main, throw up a bubble, aggro the rest, and came back to die instantly , but not before I got off a consecrate and the wife got her spells off..........

  We were happy to see the "LEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRROY!" pop up.

I know a ton of people have that title, but for two WoW noobs, it was pretty fun and a nice achievement for us.

After planning our attack (I felt like such a nerd),
33.333%, repeating of course.

That's pretty funny and sounds like fun too. Which is what the game should be.

Grats and enjoyable story !

About your sig: did you do your 50 toons in a single raf session ? 5 accounts ? 10 accounts ?

Well it's actually my second RAF account setup. My first run was linked all wrong, plus I was learning about boxing WoW (was 6-boxing in DAOC before). The first RAF session only ended up with 5 Shaman, 5 DK's and 5 Hunters.

The second time around, I did the full daisy chained setup. I ended up transferring only my Shamans from the old accounts to the new ones. The rest I leveled from 1-60 in two months (I still have a month left on my RAF). But with the daisy chained setup, granted levels counting as earned levels, and some creative math, I was able to get level 60's out at a pretty regular pace. The hunters were easy enough to level that I just redid them. My DK's were 67, but I sacrificed those as well. I tried re-leveling my Shamans, but I really didn't really care for them a second time around, and after getting to 30, I decided to just transfer my originals over.

So in all, I actually leveled up 55 level 60's, but can only have 50.

Well, while I have 50 level 60's, I only have been playing for about 5 months. Also, I know no content other than the RAF Tourguide, as I've followed that repeatedly working on leveling up toons. So I assure you I'm quite new at it.

That's cool to see people who've just recently started WoW multi-boxing.
I got back into WoW to try it out, and I find it a lot more fun.
Grats on the title, and I like your sig, pretty impressive amount of characters.

So in all, I actually leveled up 55 level 60's, but can only have 50.You're about the most accomplished noob I know. I'm the least accomplished old player. I've been playing the game since a year before it came out (undead push of Friends & Family Alpha) but have never maxed a character since testing days. I signed up as a combat medic right as the game went commercial so it's been training and deployments ever since :P

Gratz on that stable of characters you've put together.
