Depends on what your macro looks like, but in it's simplest form:
/stopmacro [channeling]
at the begining of your macro will keep it from interupting mind flay.
You could Also do:
/castsequence [nochanneling] Spell, spell, spell, etc

its a pain im trying to fit SW:P MB Vamp touch and Mind Flay to in one macro but having SWP and Vamp Touch cast once only and then MF/MB spam
Edit: and maybe to fit Vamp embrace in there too.

You could separate them into two macros and use /click. This gives you some flexibility.
Macro1:
/castsequence Shadow Word: Pain, Vampiric Touch,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Macro2:
/castsequence [nochanneling] Mind Blast, Mind Flay, Mind Flay, Mind Flay.....etc, however you want to set this up
Macro3:
/click Button1
/click Button2
You would have to test it out and work in the details, but that's the basic concept. You might have to add some "commas" to end of the first macro /castsequence depending on timing etc.
I think you could also combine them into a single macro but would also have to work out the timing with the number of commas like so:
/castsequence Shadow Word: Pain, Vampiric Touch,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
/castsequence [nochanneling] Mind Blast, Mind Flay, Mind Flay, Mind Flay.....etc, however you want to set this up
I think those would work, but honestly I typically have to test out my macros since I often miss things or effects from global cooldowns etc..
