I'm boxing 3 mages (lvl 14 so far) and I'm finding that they go down quick if I get 2+ unexpected mobs (or if there is lag when sheeping multiple targets)

I don't have anything set up to switch to a different main, but once my main mage goes down they all do.

I'm thinking about making a priest to replace one of the mages. Because of the bubble, healing, and rezzing.

I was just looking for some people to share their experiences of having a healer vs when they didn't have a healer. Maybe list pro's and cons or something.

:D

P.S. - Thinking about running 4 on this PC. Not sure though.

I can tell you that my 2 mage + pally combo is absurdly powerful. You can talent the pally such that he can cast heals with 100% success even when getting beat on (concentration aura + 5 points of spiritual focus).

That basically gives you an incredible AE tank who can heal, if one of the mages does get unlucky with crits and snags agro you throw a bubble on them, etc.

That sounds pretty sweet. I didn't consider that. :D

I originally was thinking priest because of the bubble (was literally the first thought I had this morning as I was waking up, lol) but from what you say pallies might be worth trying. Harder to kill too.

I don't know too much about pallies (besides the fact that some of them just WILL NOT die in BG's).

Gonna hit up the pally forums soon and do some research.

Thanks

In my opinion, for 3+ boxing you need a healer.
