CloneKeys Problem

Hi there, i have a problem with CloneKeys. The program starts up and everything and allows me to target both WoW windows for cloning, but when i use the keys one character seems to want to go off on his own path and not follow the exact path of my other char. I've taken the time to line them up directly on top of eachother yet they somehow always get split up.
Any ideas as to how i might fix this little annoying problem so i can smoothly dual box? Or should i just stick to clicking between windows and macroing?

You have to make your alts follow your main. /follow

Then you set your movement keys in a way that they do not pass to all toons so they dont go running off.
