Flying mount w/passenger questing

I did a quick search but couldnt find an answer. Any talk of flying mounts that hold passengers? I have a problem with /follow breaking from either lag or bottlenecking my system. If i had 2 flying mounts that could hold my team, would /follow break less often with only having 1 mount follow the other?....vs 4 single mounts following 1?

Things like this usually come with the new expansion. For example, vehicles were a large selling point of WotLK. Flying mounts were a large selling point of TBC. They'll release flying mounts with passengers eventually, but I doubt it will be in WotLK.

I heard they tried it , but the balancing was too diffcult. If you put two chain wearers on one side and two clothies on another the mount just flew in circles.
4 Plate wearers and the poor mount crashed to the ground killing all on board. :)
