How do you get it work ? When there is quest there you need to loot the items for how do you make both character loot? Manualy or addon?

Manually is the only way for now, though that might change in 3.1.

Yeh looting is a pain so we avoid it as much as possible with the slave characters. I always set looting to free for all and avoid collection quests if at all possible.
