If you liked Asheron's Call 1 and Ultima Online, then its badass. If you are into WoW... its a nightmare.

They are having a bit of a rough release, but, thats to be expected with no stress test. For folks like me who LOVE sandbox games and skill systems, its the holy grail... but then again I have the patience to wait till they fix their shit.

I played UO for 5 years, I <3 skill based systems.

When it was originally talked about I too was very excited. I dont have the patience to wait near a decade for the game though.

Took them 7 days to finally bill me for pre-order, account is active but servers are down....from what everyone is telling me that was in beta/live so far it's definitly a work in progress, if your looking for a polished game, don't bother.

So far it's not bad, client seems stable enough, graphics are much better than i expected, they still need to fix a lot of stuff (lots of bugged mobs ) , pvp fights are nice with the addition of full loot.

I have followed it off and on for years. The funny thing is I was really stoked to play up to the last round of release dates. I think I only lost interest when I found out how fun boxing dks is ;)

No way to box this game , there's friendly fire so you need to watch who you are hitting, i believe they are allowing some pre-orders this afternoon. The pve is interesting, collision detection is working as intended, so you find some people to group up with, box a mob in and start hacking it. I think they have a couple of quests in the game but really not needed, no leveling is nice, equipment doesn't mean that much, you can easily run around and pk naked.
