And I have not entered the pins for WoTLK expansion yet, should I stay in BC making money(quest and dailies) or I should go to WoTLK, I have 300 gold in each char and they already have the epic mount , but none fly mount, should I wait to buy at least the 1000g flymount?

Since you've already purchased WOTLK, I would activate it and move to questing in Northrend immejittly. You'll pretty much have to quest in Northrend for progression for your first team, and the money from this will easily cover your non-epic flying mounts + cold weather flying by the time you get to level 77. Means you won't be able to fly until level 77, but you could only fly in Outland, and who wants to be in Outland these days?

Why dont you try out the trial version off WOTLK ? here in europe blizzard offers a 10 day trial..and after that you can buy WOTLk and enter the pin i would do that... gives you 10 days off free play time!! thats 50 d if you have 5 accounts :D

I'd go to Northrend as well. Money shouldn't be a problem as long as you don't waste it needlessly in the AH. You will NEED flying before you hit Icecrown and Storm Peaks. That being said, you should earn enough $ as you quest through the zones before you reach Storm Peaks to at least get the lowest level of flying and cold weather flying (1.7K total I think??) . Also, as Emesis said, you can't fly until 77 anyway.

If you feel the need to make some extra money, you could complete the "lower level" dailies that open up as you quest through Northrend. There are quite a few in each of the zones and the rep you gain is far more useful than what you would get in Outland! However, this may very well be less efficient than just questing.
